location was super central, made it easy to get everywhere. the staff were really helpful, we forgot an adaptor and they gave us one. the manager was around daily making sure everything was good for us. the pool area was nice and peaceful, perfect for chilling. big bed in our room was comfy and great for a good sleep!
the breakfast options could be better, not many choices. also, the wifi was kinda slow at times.

the so-called 'private pool' was just a glorified puddle, how original. plus, the utensils at breakfast were absolutely disgusting—unclean and rusty, never encountered anything like it. oh, and the receptionist barely managed a smile, it’s like I was invisible. I was almost going to give a glowing review, but c'mon, that's not what one expects!

Chilling in Karterados 🌊
The staff were absolutely awesome, went way out of their way to help—like bringing us a late dinner after our flight delays, how cool is that? Felt so welcome! Plus, our room was super clean and comfy, just made for a lekker stay.
Had a bit of a hiccup with the aircon—it was old and kinda noisy.

Couples looking for peace
The staff were accommodating. They offered me taxi rates from the village that saved me a lot of cash when I wanted to explore nearby areas.
It wasn’t the cheapest option! but it was still reasonable for the service provided.

Super helpful staff made us feel at home!
We had a lovely stay! The team was super friendly and went out of their way to help us settle in. They carried our bags up some steps without us asking. The breakfast was pretty tasty, lots of options! Just wish the WiFi was more reliable. a cozy spot for families visiting Santorini!
